*dads + teacher gifts*

Dads are hard to buy for! At least mine is. But wouldn't it be fun to decorate a shape or letter set and give him something from the heart and not just another tie... or if he likes ties, we've got those too! I'm decorating a letter set for my Dad. His favorite word is AWESOME. He loves to say it and anyone who knows him, knows it! His answering machine message even says, "Have an awesome day!" :) I think it will be perfect in his workspace which just happens to be his garage so each time he leaves and comes home he'll think of me. :) These are some new shapes for us and perfect for dear ole' Dad. ::Father's Day is June 17th!::

I hope you all enjoyed your weekend! It was rainy and dreary here but it made for the perfect excuse to attend the CK Scrapbook Convention. So much creativity all around and it inspired me to create! I'm just *crazy* about these Amy Butler papers! They just make me smile. :) This is a sample for one of our local scrapbooking stores. I just finished them tonight! I'll also be working on a new kit using some of these papers as well. Love it so much!

So many creative and talented people! I know I keep saying this.. but I *love* seeing what people are doing with our products. It totally makes my day! How cool is this? Kristin at Taylor Made Designs was doing the Five Senses swap and being the graphic designer that she is :) wanted everything to coordinate (which I love!) So she e-mailed me the font she wanted us to use and this is what she created. But you really must check out her blog to see how cool it all is. The packaging is gorgeous and it all ties in together. Oh, and how cool is it wrapped in ribbon?! Very! :)

And, I don't think I posted about this already but we've added some items to our Etsy shoppe. This 'X + O' is a custom order we did and I think it's so sweet. I absolutely adore this! I've always loved the saying and it's just perfect for a child's room. The painting and letters were created by the beautiful and talented Miss Mari Robeson who carries our letters in her CA showroom. One of the things I love most is seeing the wonderful things people are doing with our letters. I love it Mari!
